Why some are saying John P. Wheeler III 'looked homeless' in his last days - National Criminal Profiles | Examiner.com #tcot

NPR reported that John P. Wheeler was so "disoriented and so disheveled that he was mistaken for a homeless person" in his last days before death, but the News Journal of Delaware they quote as the source doesn't really quite put forth that supposition, exactly.

John P. Wheeler, according to Delaware Online--the source NPR used--a security guard at the New Castle County Court House in Delaware actually described being approached by a well-dressed man in a professional suit, with right shoe in hand (and dirt on a leg of his trousers) complaining about being robbed.

That's a far cry from looking "homeless" to a cop, or even "disoriented."
