Rep. Allen West went on Steve Gill's radio show and called on Obama to remove Eric Holder as A.G. as a result of the 'Fast and Furious' scandal, or show he is 'complicit' and in agreement with Holder's actions. West also said a Special Prosecutor should be named against Holder.

"This is just another sad chapter in the Eric Holder book of ineptness and incompetence," West said. "Eric Holder needs to be brought before an investigative committee and if those charges are warranted he needs to be held accountable.
"At least the president needs to realize that Eric Holder needs to be removed from the Department of Justice ... or else it appears President Obama is complicit and in approval of the actions of his attorney general," he said.
The use of media materials is protected by the Fair Use Clause of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, which allows for the rebroadcast of copyrighted materials for the purposes of commentary, criticism, and education.
