And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world

14And this gospel of the kingdom(A) will be proclaimed throughout the whole world(B) as a testimony(C) to all nations, and(D) then the end will come.
The Abomination of Desolation
 15"So when you see the abomination of desolation(E) spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in(F) the holy place ((G) let the reader understand), 16then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. –Jesus of Nazareth, son of God

26And after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one shall(A) be cut off and shall have nothing. And the people of the prince who is to come(B) shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.(C) Its[a] end shall come with a flood,(D) and to the end there shall be war.(E) Desolations are decreed. 27And he shall make a strong covenant with many for one week,[b] and for half of the week he shall put an end to sacrifice and offering.(F) And on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate, until(G) the decreed end is poured out on the desolator."

30 Ships of the western coastlands [a] will oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then he will turn back and vent his fury against the holy covenant. He will return and show favor to those who forsake the holy covenant.
 31 "His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation. 32 With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him.

10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
 11 "From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.
